1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from delivery to return without reason. Product must be unused, in original packaging. Email us before returning.

2. Non-returnable Items

Custom products, perishable goods, opened hygiene products, digital goods cannot be returned.

3. How to Return

1) Email contact with order number 2) We send return address (Warsaw) 3) Ship with tracking 4) Refund within 14 days after reception.

4. Refund Process

Refund via original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, bank). Return shipping costs at buyer expense unless defective product.

Photo within 48h, we replace or refund 100% + cover return costs. Warranty 2 years EU.
